It's really sad. Watching the judge's demeanor denying every motion with her evil grin. People's take on tv, especially that annoying chick on CNN that focuses on current court trials. I feel like Simpson got sentenced for a crime that occurred a long long time ago.

Do I think he's guilty here? Yes, clearly. Was he guilty years ago? I don't know. I wasn't there. I think that conversation can be placed under the same pile with religion, politics, Kobe vs Lebron, and choice of Vodka - everyone has their own opinion.

Anyway, he's going to serve his time. There are things that even one of the best running backs of all time can't run away from. So as far as this OJ is concerned, the glass is half empty

What's my take? I don't have one yet. I'm a little buzzed from drinking, tired, and sleepy. Oh life. Wake up, eat, shower, work, eat, work, go home, eat, drink, and sleep. Same routine w/ a few spontaneous things here and there. I guess that sounds familiar.

Oh yeah, it sounds a lot like USC's offense under Sark. We run down the middle on every 4th down attempt. No surprise there. There has been a huge drop since Chow left. Honestly, I think USC could've won the NC the past two years if Chow was calling the plays. Sark was good but he didn't really put us over the top. I will miss Sark, but I see this as a welcome change.

So today Pete Carroll announced that the Trojans will wear their home jerseys against UCLA this coming Saturday despite the fact that it will cost the team 2 timeouts - one timeout per half.

PC is quoted saying "I just thought it was a really cool tradition... I think it's the fun thing to do, and I think the fans will appreciate it over time."

I think it is fun. It has been 26 years since both teams wore their home colors when the two programs shared the same home field in the Coliseum. I think it's more than just a "fun thing to do" as far as PC is concerned. It's almost a sign of arrogance to be willing to give up timeouts that could prove to be crucial if the Trojans find themselves in a close game.

Does the arrogance bother me at all? No, not at all.
